Request an appointment
Send a request online or call the clinic. Our team will contact you to confirm a time.

Arrive a little early
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.

Talk and assessment
Your practitioner will ask about your concerns and goals, then complete an assessment.

Your next steps
You will leave with a clear explanation of findings and, if appropriate, a suggested plan.

Before you book.
A referral is generally not required for chiropractic or physiotherapy in Ontario, but some insurance plans ask for one. Please check with your provider.
